Ebunoluwa the Virginia based gospel music artist releases her debut single titled LORD YOU ARE HIGHER.

ABOUT THE SONG
The song came in a place of prayer while going through a trying season of grief and loss. In trying to process what was going on, God reminded me of his word in Isaiah 55:8-9

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah‬ ‭55:8-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Our God is sovereign and there’s a huge gap in us trying to comprehend all of Him. We don’t always understand why He does certain things but we can always trust that it will work out for our good. This song is to give hope and remind us that it’s ok not to understand what God is doing, He is Higher and already has it figured out. There’s a purpose for every season we go through, just trust God through it, He’s Higher and he’s working it out for our good!

Her debut single “Lord you are Higher” is an inspired sound and message that came from seeking the face of the Lord in a difficult season. The song is based on the scripture Isaiah 55: 8 & 9 and seeks to remind us of God’s word that his ways are not our ways, nor his thoughts our thoughts, they are higher so in every season we go through in life, we should choose to trust God who works all things out together for our good, Romans 8:28.
