The mind can be likened to a parachute which only works when it is open; therefore if the solution to every problem is not discussed or brought out into the open, such a problem could be enclosed for ever until it causes an irreparable damage.
The hope of anyone in any unfavorable situation is knowing how to overcome. Often times, we find people dwelling on the causes or sources of their problems rather than finding the solutions to such problems.
It is imperative to know that getting out of any unpleasant situation is more important than how one got in there.
In this book, we will be looking at various possible steps which can lead one out of such situations by possibly helping one face, step up from, or deal with them.
These steps have been written out in the form of the acronym RESCUE. Each letter of the acronym is explained with an A, so there are six ‘As’ telling you how to step out of a fix.
